Estimated Shipping Times:
Estimated shipping times vary by order. A tracking ID will be emailed to you the day your order ships out so you may easily track your order. The estimated shipping times below represent the amount of time your order will be in transit once your order has left the factory.
- Orders sent via UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the factory.
- Orders sent via a Freight Carrier are delivered on average 7-15 business days after the order leaves the factory.
- Orders sent via a White Glove Service are delivered on average 7-15 business days after the order leaves the factory.
PLEASE NOTE: These shipping estimates represent the time it takes for an item to reach your home AFTER it leaves the factory and do NOT include production time for out of stock or made to order items.
When you purchase a product from us, any shipping times we provide are ESTIMATES ONLY and actual delivery dates may vary.

If however, after receiving your goods , you are truly dissatisfied with your product, a return claim can be submitted within 15 business days.
Merchandise deemed not defective is subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be applied upon receipt of the return. Initial shipping charges are not refundable with your return and we do not provide call tags or return labels for stock returns.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Closeouts are a final sale.
Returned items must arrive in original condition with the tag still attached. Items that arrive back to us damaged or broken will not be credited. It is your responsibility to correctly package items to prevent damage during shipment.
Any products returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Upon delivery, all boxes must be opened immediately and inspected for damage. Please confirm correct merchandise and all pieces are included. Merchandise is packed properly from our vendors and is believed to be in good condition when it leaves their warehouses.
Please notify us of any damaged/broken product within 72 hours of receipt.
CARRIER DAMAGES: Claims for damage to products that do not arise from defects in material or workmanship are the responsibility of the carrier. If the shipment arrives with visible exterior damage (crushed box, broken crate, moisture, etc) note the damage in writing on the carrier’s delivery receipt before you sign for the shipment and release the delivery driver. A claim for shipping damages will not be accepted by Carole Carr Design unless the damages are noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Within five (5) business days of receipt, you must (a) unpack and thoroughly inspect shipment for damaged items, (b) SAVE ALL PACKAGING UNTIL CLAIM IS RESOLVED and (c) email firstname.lastname@example.org to report damaged items and to receive a return authorization number (RA#). We will, at our option, repair or replace the item, or provide you a credit. If damaged item(s) are to be replaced or credited, the items must be returned prior to shipment of a replacement or authorization of credit. For all returned products, only use the shipping documents provided by Carole Carr Design. Shipping reimbursement will not be made for use of non-authorized shipments. All returns must be properly packaged with original packaging (unless otherwise instructed), clearly labeled with correct RA# and scheduled for pickup within five (5) business days of receipt of shipping documents.
